I installed a softmod with mechassult and it was evox, then crap started to hit the fan as they say, it would always say error codes 23. so i reformated the whole hard drive not relizing what i was doing and now i have an xbox that is as use fall as a bag of packing foam. so i need help please is there any way i can take hd out of xbox put into comp then get a hard drive back up some weres and just put it on there, i am very open minded cause i dont feel like buy my neighbor a new xbox. no modchips either. and please no messages say your dumb just as an ex "hey man your screwed" "Thats a rookie move" i realy dont need that right now i have quite the troubles as it is with out people making fun of me Help is needed and THANKS.
No what you need is to stop being a Tightarsed n00b and invest in a good Modchip, then you wouldn't have these Headaches! The only other option, and not much cheaper, is to track down a XBOX™ Restore (For Authorized Use ONLY!!!), on eBay, which will reformat your HDD and install everything up to the time when that Disc was made. So it's not unlikely that you'd have to go on live to get more updates. Or to use 'BoxPlorer' and get such Updates off the Live!™ enabled Game Discs.
