I dont know what kind of a bios I have & every document to replace a HDD is talking about EVOx Bios. So can some pleas ehelp me

ok, all you gotta do is put the new hd in and use slayer's to format the drive, and install everything for you...slayer's doesn't install ava, so if you really like ava, you will have to install it yourself through ftp.

slayer's is the easiest way to install a new hd...or you can just use the autoinstaller that you already have...it is pretty much the exact same thing as slayers, just a different person made it.

will your disc boot with your stock hd? make sure your dvd drive can read the disc, then just keep trying...you may need to use a different media brand, or maybe you burned the disc incorrectly.
