Hi. I have used this programme before to create a xbox 360 hard drive with no problems. I have just purchased a new hard drive and using the same computer as before, I get the message reading hdd sector 16 failed when trying to hack it. When using a SMART checking program, be sure to check it multiple times and try using other programs and the latest versions. HDDHackr is good and i trust it. If you see any raw data other than zero for any of the attributes containing the word sector, then your hd is failing. This means your drive may continue to work for a while from now with no noticeable problems, or you may notice problems. In the end though your hd is failing and it will eventually stop to work its just a matter of time, it could be in an hour, or 6 months its impossible to know. My suggestion, backup and get a new HD asap.
