HDMI output not reconizing HDMI cord....

    I have an Olevia 332 B11 32 inch hdtv. The hdmi output is not reconizing
    HDMI cords from anything I plug into it. Is there something in the setup I can change or a firmware update I can download to fix this. I called Olevia and they said to unplug it and flip the off switch on the back of the tv for 3 hours and plug it directly into the wall rather than the serge protector I had it plugged in before.

    I assume you are choosing the HDMI port (source) with your remote.

    I've only plugged the HDMI cord into the back of the tv and selecting the HDMI source through the source button on the front of the tv.
