I have an off air antenna in place before buying a new 52" HDTV. Only one channel comes in clear without interference. The other 3 stations go in and out like dish network on a rainy day.

    What can solve this problem?

Depending on how far you are having to reach out to get signal, you may need to get a better antenna. Different antenna's have different gain. Also it could be a direction problem. Go to a local electronic supply store(one that the installers and repairmen by from, not a Radio shack) someone there will know which antenna you need. You may also need a 5 to 15 db amp. Finally make sure your cable is in good shape.

Go to antennaweb.org That will help you out with antenna size and direction to point it. If you antenna isn't big enough, you may need to get a pre-amplifer or a bigger antenna. If you antenna is small or very old, I'd go with a new antenna. Make sure the connections arn't corroded and the cable looks good, or you'll need to replace that too. Antennaweb.org doesn't seem to keep their listings updated with all the digital channels, so you can check out titantv.com or nab.org to get a better list of the channels broadcasting in digital. All of them should be by now.
