    Hi,
I recently purchased an HDTV Wonder PCI TV Tuner.

I was wondering if anybody knew of a way to make one of the TV imputs on my hdtv wonder PCI TV Tuner, have to ability to accept the normal imput and have the ability to make it an output.

    Thanks for any ideas.

so you want to record from one port as the input and use another port as an output?

That is correct it wouldnt matter which one.

The HDTV Wonder has a HDTV imput and an Analog Imput.

I would like to have it, if possibe, to where I could easily swith it back and forth between imput and output.

    Thanks for your help.

What sort of software did the card come with?

The software that came with the card is the ATI Multimedia Center 9.04 along with the drivers and the encoders and decoders that came with the cd.

I am running Microsoft Windows XP Pro. I also have media center if needed.

So it's an ATi all in wonder graphics card?
There should be an option in the software you got to set "input on this port" or similar...

Can you show me a screen grab of the software you have?

There really is not any one main program, but many different programs that are accessed through a launch bar. I have posted them here:

    Launch Pad

    I hope this helps.

I'd try "configuration" and see what comes up.

I went through all of the tabs of the configuration window and there was nothing.

Hmm. Have you tried looking through your graphics control panel in the monitors section?

    Hi,

Yea, I have gone through it and I did not see any where that allows me to select tv output.

    Thanks

How about in your monitors tab for windows, the right click desktop, properties, settings page. Can you at least extend your desktop onto that second port?

If I go into my intel extreme graphics 2 opions, there is a spot to extend it to a different connection but is says i need to connect a second connection.

Are you sure the card is I/O and they're not just two inputs?

Thats right, my card has two imputs(Analog & HD) and I was wondering if there was a way to turn one(HDTV) of the imputs into an output.

I wouldn't have thought so with a tuner card like that. Output will have to be from your graphics card.
