First off I apoligize if this is answered somewhere else. I usualy find my answers with out having to post on this site but I seem to have struck out this time. I have some HDTV XVID AVI files that I would very much like to convert to DVD's. I have read the guides and downloaded the program Avi2dvd. I start the program and load the file but it doesnt recognize that it has a sound track. (It does, and plays fine on any media player) It also does not load any of the film information (FPS/Duration/Res) as it shows in the guide. Im thinking it may have to do with the fact that its a HDTV XVID file or I could be just doing something stupid.. either way any advice? ~Talath (I have also tried TMPGEnc and got an M2V/WAV file that seem usless.) (WinAVI leaves a message to regester in the center of the video. Not going to pay for it until I know its what I need.) (HDTV2DVD needs a T's file, not AVI)
