    I have download RTK10(Romance Of The Three Kingdoms 10 for ps2 (USA)
    Now i would like to burn it to a Disk but i have so many files,the file types are just 002,003 etc, I would like to ask what i should do with them ie: extract them via Win Rar?, or what?, i would gladly appreciate any sort of help at all.

    Yes, Winrar will unpack the files to an ISO on your hdd, then burn the ISO with Dvd Decrypter
