HEY PPL I GOT TWO QUESTIONS. ONE I WAS WONDERING IF I GOT A HARD DRIVE FROM ONE XBOX WILL IT WORK IF I PUT IN ANOTHER. TWO I LOST MY DASH BOARD AND I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD GET IT BACK WITH A PROGRAM LIKE SLAYER SOMETHING OR ANOTHER. DOSE ANY ONE NO WHERE TO GET THE PROGRAM ANY HELP WOULD BE GRATELY APRICATED THANKS
I was wondering if your CAPS LOCK KEY was broke?!?! The short answer is NO!!! The longer answer is possibly. You need to run a GSH (Game Save Hack), on the First XBOX™ Makeing sure to save it on the HDD not just the Mem-Cart / Memstick etc... Boot into EvoX set up your FTP and then copy over the following Program (you can get them off of #xbins on efnet on mIRC. 'ConfigMagic' (EEPROM \ HDD Lock and Unlock Tool), Your going to need this no Two ways about it!! 'BoxPlorer' A simple Windows Explorer \ Norton Commander style File Management Application. You'll need this less so then the above Program but, it's still a very usefull Program. But, if you can run a GSH on your first XBOX™ you could or should be able to backup your C:\ Drive (ca. 400~500Mb) to your PC and then be able to then just rewrite the dud Drive with that Information. doing this could save you a lot of work in having to dissasemble Two XBOX's™...
