HELP! anyone know what software to split VCD image up?

    hi all

    can anyone help on what software to use for splitting a 800meg mpeg to vcd on 2 cdr's so they follow each other ok? its a movie

    Rotary,

    You can use Tmpgenc's mpeg file splitter to split a large mpeg file to smaller files. Its in file, mpeg tools, merge and cut and then specify where to begin and end. Note: They will not be able to be viewed until after it has been burnt as a vcd.

    Id say dvtool is the easiest I ever used and never really had any trouble. I think there is a guide on how to do this in the guides section.

    If its a vcd image first you'll have to extract the mpg filke properly with VCDEasy, then use TMPGEnc or DVTool or Video Cutter or whatever to split the movie and then use VCDEasy to make 2 image files :)

    hi guys,

    its a 800meg mpeg ! thx for all the help i will get on this but i got a new job which is taxing my brain at present PHEW!!!

    i hate doors! MILLIONS OF THEM! lol...
