help backing up xbox game saves

ok i keep readin that on this site www.xbox-saves.com theres a program that i could use to backup my xbox game saves but every time i go there it redirects me to http://www.thegamereviews.com/ i really would like to backup a few game saves so i was wanting to know if some 1 has a link to this program or if i could ftp my saves from the /E/TDATA/ and /E/UDATA/ then just put them back when im ready to use them agin any help

 

never mind i ftped the saves from the 2 folders on the box to my pc and eraseing them from the box then checked if the save was load able which it wasnt of course then i ftp the saves back to my box and checked to see if it was load able n it was so thanks any ways
