HELP! BIOS Update?

    Can you please tell me the website and the software you used to Update your BIOS. I'm having trouble finding what I'm supposed to do. I have executer 2.2 Lite.

    Doesn't the Xecuter 2.2 Lite come preflashed? At the screen where it says "Please insert Bios Update" Can I just insert a backup or do I need to actually update the BIOS?

    I've been trying to flash my Bios but I can't get the Xbox to read my disc. Can it be my media (HP CD-RW)? What files should be on it in order to flash? Someone please help!!
