Ok ive had the Box for a good while and now and then it koncks out, and the screen will display the message 'info is being updated' and in a bracket a percentage will tick up to 100% until its all 'updated'. But for the last 3 days its only displaying the message 'info is being update (0%)' and nothing is happening. Ive turned it on and off... unplugged it and just now re-set the factory settings and all thats done is jumble up the channel listings! Please help as need box back for x-mas!
