Hi all, I have been baffled over this for days....I have downloaded a game which is in .cue/.bin file format and the program Im using to burn this image wont recognise the .cue file. It keeps saying something like "unregognised file format". Does this mean alcohol120% cant read .cue files? seriously whats goin on? Ive been to tons of forums trying to solve this problem myself, Ive rewrote the .cue file thinking that might be the problem but no matter what I do it keeps saying the same thing "unrecognised file"....does anyone out there know what the problem might be?

Use Nero to burn .bin (without .cue)

Open Nero - File - burn image
    (or recorder - burn image)

all Files - pick bin - open

    X Raw data

Thanx for the reply, but I was hoping I wouldnt have to do that again, so now after deleting nero and installing alcohol-120%, my only option is to now delete alcohol and download nero again to make it work? Are there any other possibilities with alcohol that might let me burn the .bin file? which program is better and/or easier?

Also, has anyone ever had this problem before? maybe theres a specific and simple reason why the program wont recognise the .cue file?

lol soo many questions....i know. If anyone can help me out with this please let me know.....thx guys

Hey guys, I have a quick question.....I have the backup files for Tiger woods 2006 p.c. Mds/Mdf/Cue/Bin files. I having problems getting it to run.

I used Alcohol 120 and Daemon tool to load it with no success. When using Alcohol it freezes at the load screen...with Daemon it boots up and kicks me back to desktop. Any help would be appreciated.

By the way....the game is fully installed, I think someone mentioned a no cd crack or something. Anyway, when I mount the image, It dosen't load.

Ignore the 'we cannot help you' guy please, I freely admit to playing some games I do not own and choosing which ones I buy. Plus TW2006 is the same for people with the official game. I can run it from my laptop with an image of CD3. However on my PC it says 'copy protection' and wont run. Any ideas anyone?

And will you get that error when you try to install or play?
Is it backup? Try with original cd.
    It should do it...

My download of TW2006 give me MDF/MDS for CD1 and CD3 and BIN/CUE for CD2 I burn the image of CD1 and CD3 with alcohol 120 using the SafeDisk2/3 Protection at the lowest speed and burn the CD2 image with nero at the lowest speed. Installation was complete but won't run with any of those disc (Need NO-CD Crack) Uninstall....
So i try with Daemon Tool (using virtual drive) installation complete and let CD3 mount on virtual drive The game start ....!!!

Someone got a keygen or good serail# to play Online??

    NICO.

I have one question, Do you require CD cracks or any hacks to play tthe games you back up into .image or .bin.

Also another question, when burning my backup game. I have .img .ccd .sub and .cue.. which files do i need to burn in order for the game to work and wat is the rest of the files are for if we don't need them

Yes. but we can not give or say where to get serials/keygens or things like that in here.

    @lelem
    Yes.
Best way is to mount it to virtual drive (Alcohol or Deamon Tools) and burn it from there.

I recently downloaded a file for the first time. File is a .BIN which i opened with Daemon tools in "virtual Drive". my question is how do i burn it. I have alcohol 120% and Nero. Please forgive my ignorance but if someone could please give me a little step by step guide i'd surely appreciate it!

So there is reason me to translate my guide to english...
    http://www.rautlehto.net/tavarat/AD_Forum/Alcohol120/Alcohol.pdf

I will do it in next week (in holliday)...

    1. Open Alcohol 120% and in that white area click right mouse button.
    2. Chose add image... (something like that)
    3. Find and add that Bin/Cue file to list.
    4. Then click right button on that file and chose "Burn wizard" (something like that)
    5. Then you push Next and you will get this pop-up window (only if you have dvd-burning rom)
So answer yes if it is DVD-image and no if it is CD-image.
    6. Burn it at slowest speed... And it is done.

    Nrautava,
After i click "burn wizard" a pop-up window comes up, but it says:

TRACK FORMAT [data track mode 1]
    BLOCK SIZES (BYTES) [2352]
    IMAGE TRAILER SIZE (bytes) [0]
    IMAGE HEADER SIZE (bytes) [0]

    the window also says:
"NOTE. Because an unsupported image file is being used you should manually set the track format, block size, and other information. You MUST do this to record the image file."
