i have a dvd movie ripped onto my computer and all the data files are there such as .vob and .ifo..............what do i do to put these on my dvd-r so they play on my dvd palyer??
n general there are two classes of DVDs, those that are less than 4.36GB and those greater than that size. They are commonly refered to as DVD5 (for the smaller) and DVD9 (for the larger). For DVD5 discs, have a look at http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/small_dvd_2_dvdr.cfm to help you back it up and for DVD9s, have a look at http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/dvd9_to_dvdr_with_dvd_shrink.cfm You can determine which category your DVD falls into by either using DVDDecryptor ( http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_decrypter.cfm ) or SmartRipper ( http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/smartripper.cfm ) or alternatively, looking up your movie here: http://www.afterdawn.com/tools/dvd_layer.cfm
Ya need to burn it!! What burning programs do you have? Are all of those files in one video_ts folder?
