Hi everyone. I have a huge problem. I received the Nero program when I bought my Sony DVD +-R Double Layer DVD burner. When I first began burning, everything worked fine, there never was no error. Now whenever I try burning anything, for example an anime episode onto a DVD-R disk, I get the error when creating menus and transcoding codes that the Burn process has failed. It also says that an error log has been created and can be very helpful in diagnosing problems. I saved it and here is the program log.

I have a Emachines T2865 computer and every program I have ever had on this computer has worked. I have no clue what the problem is. Everytime I try to burn something again, that error keeps coming up. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Edit out your serial number

    Update your Nero from here

    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe

    Package 2
    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe
You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

Heres a link for your burners latest firmware

Thanks for the reply gwendolin. I did everything you told me to but still that stupid pop up appears when creating menus and transcoding streams stating burn process failed. Here's the error log. Hopefully it will help you to solve the problem. :C If you have no clue on what to do, is there another good program for making DVD's?

Doesn't anybody know? Is it perhaps because my computer is pentium 3?
