HELP!!! CANNOT INITIALIZE DVD DECODER?

    I can't open a movie once I shrink it. here's the message: Error PL4007: InterActual Player is unable to initialize your DVD decoder for playback

    Did you install interactual player on your computer, this sw can cause a lot of problems. If you did then do an uninstall of the player or do a system restore to before you installed.

    uninstall the actual player. how come? did this program come with the dvd?

    Interactual Player is on some DVD's it is a DVD playback software and usually comes up when you first put the DVD in, it has a big blue screen and says Interactual Player do you want to install. If you have installed this you will have problems with playback and backing up you DVD's.

    Yes, uninstall the player. Arniebear is correct. This will cause issues you don't want or need.
