    Hello

I'm not that computer savy and really need someone's help on this.

I've tried uninstalling IE8 Beta and then installing it again but it wouldn't work. It wouldn't go through with the uninstallation process.

I've tried going to Add and Remove Programs and clicking on the Uninstall IE8, it starts the uninstallation process but then i get a message half way through it :-

The File 'ieencode.dll.000' on Windows NT Service Pack Uninstall Directory is needed

I typed the path where the file is located and clicked OK, but still it would't locate it. It has another file in it ' ieencode.dll ' but not sure. I've tried browsing C:\Windows\ie8(2) but nothing still comes up. I've had no choice but to cancel the uninstallation process.
I then tried to open IE just to see if it still worked after that. It wouldn't open now. I tried redownloading and reinstalling it all over again but still nothing.

I then did a System restore. It worked after that but with new complications. The IE webpage had a lot of tabs missing like File, Tools, Favourites ect. Most of the drop down tabs wouldn't work either and at the top of the webpage it only has the IE icon without the details. I'm currently using IE now but not without the features i had before.

Would really appreciate anybody's help on this.

    Many thanks.
