i just bought word perfect and i put it in and when i try to open the setup.exe file, the error says "invalid win32 file" when i tried to return it, the store showed me that their computer installed it fine. i also just tried installing it on my laptop and it installs fine.. whats the problem on my computer? my cd/dvd drive is the SONY DVD RW DRU-810A ive tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it, updating the firmware and updating windows (i have xp)! whats the problem!??
are you certain it is a drive problem? have you tried another drive to see if still causes a problem or not?
