    ~This is driving me NUTS
i chipped my xbox with the xecuter 2.2 chip, dont know what bios it was evox
I looked at backupping my own games but being a noob it sounded way over my head with xbins and so on, so i asked a mate to backup my games as he knows (so he says), He showed me them working on his, all good and fine.

but when using in mine somtimes they boot up and sometimes they dont, and when they do if you complete a level and it tries to load the next level and the dirty disc screen comes up
this never happened on his and he has an older mod chip. I even tried to do a copy to copy (backup disc)using nero and that wouldnt even boot!

    the dics are ritek go4
if you kind peeps carnt solve it would using the evox dashboard to save the game on the harddrive and play it from there?, Im at my wits ends

ps does the chip just work on boot up then is rudundent(like ps2) or is it always working??

I usually just back them up to the hard drive, so im not sure why it would be doing that. Make sure that your bios is new. Ask the guy that flashed it. If its not new, then re-flash it with the evoxM7 bios. This seems to be one of the best. Other than that i dunno, may have something to do with your dvd drive. His brand may be different than yours.

open nero, file -->> Burn Image --> (SELECT .ISO) -->> BURN IMAGE AT ONCE or somethin like that -->> P.S Burn at slowest speed for better results i.e 2x

btw, i used to have a philips drive and they read memorex cd-rw 700MB perfectly

I havnt delved into it that far
my mate did it for me and he said you can backup a backup
I know i burnt it at 4* , im using ritek go4 dvd-r and burning with nero 6
If my phillips drive is picky what is the best dvd media too use because all my backups are larger than a cdr
But ill try again doing it slower and ill tell you how it went.......
