Is there anything that will fit in ds lite perfectly and is compabibly with most gba games and doesnt have ds rom/low ds rom support? Also how good is the Supercard SD DS compabiblity. Also whats the best Slot 1 solution with micro sd and fixed memory.
    thx

Best slot 1 solution is probably the DS-X, and the slot 2 solutions you may want to check out are the M3 Lite, G6 Lite, Supercard Lite, and EZIV Deluxe.

I would say all Supercards have high DS compatibility, and fair GBA compatibility (has some slowdown).

Also, stay away from the Pro devices (little to no GBA support), the EZIV Compact (same idea as Pro), and all neoflash devices.

Thx for the quick reply. I was thinking of getting a M3 lite for gba roms and a slot 1 for ds roms, since there are so many of the slot 1 devices released in this few months, i dont know what to pick and was thinking memory card type, which is the best slot 1 solution with micro sd cards. Also i wanted to get my little cousin one and since he always loose the games, i was going to get something cheap like the supercard sd or Ewin2 SD. Hes into games like pokemon, sonic and stuff like metal of honor. So was wondering the % of the ds games on the ewin and super card
    thx

You don't really need a slot 1 solution if you get an M3 Lite. The M3 Lite can play nearly every DS game and all GBA games. Same goes for the other ones I mentioned. All the newer slot 2 devices were designed with DS support in mind, which is also why there are bundles with nopass devices (the DS cart that allows DS code to run from the GBA port). Also, keep in mind that slot 1 devices can't run GBA games whereas slot 2 devices run both GBA and DS games just fine.

I prefer memory cards, due to the extra space available.

I haven't heard much of anything about the ewin2, but here's a review on it if you wish to learn more about it.

As for your cousin, if you want something cheap then look at the Supercard and EZIV carts. If your cousin doesn't need GBA support, then those Pro solutions I said to stay away from are actually what you'd want to get since they're even cheaper.

Anyway, if you're dead set on having both a slot 1 device and a slot 2 device, then just get both a M3 Lite (or EZIV Lite Deluxe) and a DS-X.

My cousin is like 5 and his friends steal stuff from him. so i was thinking of going with SD since Sd cards are common and cheap. I was thinking of getting a slot 1 device y just because i get additional memory card storage and less power use, but maybe ill wait a bit till all the new ones and stuff r release and price goes down.
    Thanks again.

    Ah, ok.

As I recall, the Supercard SD works just fine with DS games and GBA games (bar slowdown in GBA games).
