HELP! Computer rebooting and WInantivirus+systemdocter ads!! HJT log!

Ok I need some help just getting rid of anything i don't need. Can anyone tell me which ones are useless/can be started only if needed. I want to make my computer faster. I really hate programs that start automatically if i don't need them. I don't use messenger a lot. Thank you lots

My ads are from winantivirus pro 2006 and systemdoctor 2006

with activescan,it says my computer is clean but when i scan with ad-aware SE personal, ten minutes in, my computer suddenly just REBOOTS like it had its power pulled.

Download VundoFix to your desktop.

Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HijackThis log.

 

crap, i ran actvescan again and now i have 14 viruses only 5 minutes it- i stopped it cuz i didn't have enough time

im gonna get avg and the one nioblis mentioned

Close all window except HijackThis and click Fix checked.

Go here and get CCleaner. Install and run the cleaner and the issuse fix.
