Help.... converting movie files to VCD

    Hey guys can anyone give me a simple set of instructions as to how to convert a movie file to vcd formatt.

    There is quite a few software packages out there, eg Roxio WinON CD or Ahead Nero Burning ROM. Nero is probably cheaper but less effecrtive if you want to use menus, the menu editor on WinON CD is excellent.
