Hi, Update your Nero; both packages here... Pack 1 Pack 2 Also, you're burner doesn't like your media. Use brand like Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. Another thing is your memory usage is high. Make sure you don't multitask. Lastly, slow your burning speed to 4-8x, instead of 16x. Get back to us.
