Help cydiA and installous

    How do get rid of the above and how much personal data could I of lost by having these installed on my iPhone 3g???

    Ok managed to get rid of installous the usual way you remove apps but cydia wont go??

    My facebook account already seems to of been hacked as posting random status updates and my brother after putting this on apparently hasnt not got a clue how to fix it!!

    Also the phone is so so slow now will that be fixed when I get it back to normal???

    Just hook your phone to itunes and do a restore
