Hello there, it's been quite a while since I've been to afterdawn.com - and I've missed everyone - so hello : ) In any case, I have a few video files that are dual audio. The two options are Japanese and English. All of them, well most of them, will open to Japanese audio (when I open it, it plays in Japanese by default). My question: is there a way to change that to English, to have every file open up and start playing in English? I'd like to change that permanently if possible. It would be GREAT to have my playlist and go lay down and watch, instead of having to come up to the computer everytime and right click to change to english audio. Thanks for your time and any help..
For AVI files, try 'Avi-mux GUI' Drag the avi into top pane and highlight it. Press the 'generate data source from files' bar. Assuming that the second audio is the English audio, highlight it and drag it on top of the first audio. The English track is now default - but you can still select the Japanese during playback. Click the 'Start' button to create a new file - give it a new name. http://www.alexander-noe.com/video/amg/
