i just installed a duo2 on my v7 ps2... when i turn my ps2 on, the reset and the eject button is working, everything seems fine... the browser menu is there except the disk is not spinning and also the fan is not working.... i put the memory card and the ps2 recognize it except the dvd that i put in.... what seems to be the problem... any help would be great !!!
Go back insid and make sure you have EVERYTHING plugged in the way its supposed to. You may have forgotten something.
i think i plug everything right coz when i press the eject button its working and when i press eject again, it makes a weird sound and the drive is not even trying to read the dvd... i go to the browser it says "no data" and when i put the memory card on.. its there, except the dvd... it there something wrong with the chip? thanks for the reply!!
