What do you mean it doesn't load the disc/disk? How do you know? Is it a movie or a blank disc? Let's get that established, first, and we can work from there.
Ok, When I Put a CD/DVD [Of Anykind, Movie or Data] In My Writer, It Sounds Like It Loads Up But It Doesn't. An On Windows Explorer, When I Double Click on the DVD Writer Drive [E:] It Comes Up as An Empty Disc [With Nothing In It] Thus I Can't View The Data On The Disc. It Was Working 2 Days Ago Until Suddenly It Just Stopped Working. Hope This Helps
