Hi Guys, Am a newbie on XBOX troubleshooting and repair. I have been researching about the said problem but, still no luck was found. I've tried all the suggestions on the other forums except for one thing, the HDD swapping on another unit (where as explained it has to revive the unit's clock). I've already sent the unit to a repair shop a week ago. The store owner called out 4 of his technicians to have a look on my unit, 3 of the technicians were not able to figure out what the problem is, while the last guy took another HDD on another XBOX unit then connected it on my unit and it turned out to be working and so the guy told me that my Hard Drive is already defective and needs to be replaced. What shall I do then? Is he saying it right? Can I reformat the Hard Drive on my PC then install the program called Slayer?
Btw, I can say that my unit is modded due to seeing the words EVOX, EXECUTER. Also, I've found an added chip inside the unit.
