Did you try to start up window with this option "Load the last good config"

Anyway, does your windows boots without errors? You only have this error when you goto user accounts, is it right?

I try to see what is going on with your pc.

    thanx for reply TheReturn
yeah i have this error only when i go to user accounts
and my computer restarts without errors
but when i log on i have error Cannot Find file C:\Program....
(it started about 1.5 months ago
i started a thread here but none of the advises worked)
by the way it stopped showing this message when i disabled some start up files in msconfig, but the 2nd time I restart computer, i have the same error and when i go to msconfig, the files are again checked (enabled)
strange thing, cause the old i disabled, are there disabled, but there are the same files i disabled but enabled
    confusing, huh?

Can you logon Administrator account? if so, goto control panel -> user account -> delete all other accounts which have problems. Then create a new one.

Hmm, it is strange. Can you tell more about the error? what is the message or anything pop up when you try to get in user accounts?

well... user accounts bar is blank and there is this error, but not like error, it's another sound, there is exclamation (attention) mark (u know when it's not red -it's yellow.)
i guess there no pop-ups to web sites
if u cant tell me how to paste an image here u can see it
but i did print screen --> paint --> saved it but i cant paste it...

Load your pics anywhere on the webs. then type this and remove the "*" .

    [*img]http:// the.address.of.the.pic.img[*/img]

it is ok for 3-4 pics.

press ctrl + alt + del on the welcome screen and it will bring up the old style of logon box. you can login as administrator by using that box. just type administrator into the username box and away you go (so long as you know the password that is)
