Hi I have a Eurovox with the latest software and I have scanned Chorus and it brings in the channels corretly and the epg is showing all the channel info and the program info etc. Everything seems fine but it just keeps saying please hold while updating signal. I have left it on Sky Sports and other channels for hours but nothing comes in. I am stumped by this. Any help anyone can give would be great. By the way this was working about 6 months ago but then it went off and took me a while to get around to fixing it. And also the Chorus service is cable not MMDS.

What firmware revision is it? You need to do a factory reset and then manually enter frequencies for that particular area. These are Ferg's frequencies and they are exactly matched for your area:

    324
    340
    348
    356
    364
    372
    386.750
    394.750
    410.750
    418.750
    418.750
    444
    452
    460

To add these frequencies you need to:

    1. Press menu, installation, user installation. Use 1004 if asked for PIN.
    2. Press green button for TP edit.
    3. Press red button to add TP.
    4. Enter frequency and symbol rate 6875.
    5. Press ok, then repeat these steps until all frequencies have been added, one by one.

When they're all in press exit and go back to first page of install menu. Press the red button for auto scan/update channels. This will do a scan an all the frequencies entered.

No problem, but as stated you must have the latest firmware for your model as well.
