Help!Eurovox Max 2008 No transponders

    Hi I am praying that someone can help me with a problem I have with my new Eurovox Max. In am Vir**n in the Warrington area.

    Arrived from seller with dn_official_20-06-07_black.bin software.
    I switched on the Eurovox and ran a rull scan it found all the free view channels but all other channels were scrambled.

    So, I connected via Null modem cable and downloaded the UFL_MaxV_Kuro3_18_04_08.exe After the download I get no TPs listed and after the power scan no channels are found. It keeps saying no transponders found.

    Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do? Please help

    are you sure your using the right symbol rate try 6.952 or 6.887

    Hi yes im ex n*L so scanning at 6.887
    Im getting a 8% signal before i do a full scan.
    Im doing another scan now and whilst scanning I get TP:000 and no channel numbers????
