HELP!!! file problem

    I have a DVD with 2 programs on it one was a keygen I copied the DVD with nero 7 and the copy just shows the keygen as a .CSA file and no program to open it and now the original is the same way. Can someone please help!!! is there a program that will open a .CSA file or a filter I should modify??
