Ok so i'm kinda a newbie at this kinda thing.

I just bought some new RAM and got a new graphic card. But now I need a new CPU.

I just don't know what kind I can buy or whatever. Someone gave me something called crucial scan and that told me what kinda RAM I could buy. But now I need something to tell me what kinda CPU I can get. I really want something about like 2.0ghz or maybe like 2.4ghz.

download cpuz and run it. go to the about tab and hit validation. follow the directions to validate your computer. after you have done that post the link. that will have most of the information necessary to find out what cpu's are compatible with your computer.

1st one no as it has a 800mhz fsb but board only has 400mhz fsb. 2nd one maybe but depends on if the board & bios can read 2.6ghz.
