Well LETS see i Softmodded my xbox got to the evox DashBoard but i deleted my Linux Files AND WHEN EVER I CLICK Micro soft Dash board on evox I get an erroe 21 with lots of diffrent languages i can ftp and have the mods for halo2 already in my xbox But i Cant get on XOBX LIVE! even when i go to halo2 click sign in. then click start trouble shooter i still get error 21 Also i just download Auto Installer 3.0 Off my computer.. I was wondering if i have to FTP it into my xbox or something if someone could help that would be great.thx
If you don't have backup either get a game with the Xbox dash update on it or download the dash from somewhere else.
ok first off you know i cant acces the part where it says Install soft mod remove softmod eeprom back up and all that right the blue dash board.. I mean Can i just Ftp the Ms Dash back Into My Xbox... Or the linux files.... and how would i Reinstall the linux files?? Cuz when i try going on splinter cell the linux files are not there.. And im stuck on this Evox dash Board and cant acces my memory card. And how will i know what games have a ms dash backup or w/e.
You should be able to FTP on EvoX, but you can just download "Xbox Saves Manager" just google it, very easy to use, just like FTP, and transfer the linux saves over! -Mike
Ur not making any sense.... So youre saying i must FTP Linux files into my xbox or the Ms Dash baord into my xbox.??? Like can you tell me the stepps on what i must do and download becouse i only have 3 more days until my FTP expires.
None of this thread is making much sense. The cure for error13-21 is the same.. first try a game with the dash update on it.. Halo 2 or any recent live game. If that doesn't work try the game you softmodded with and if possible load the saves again. If that doesn't work then you need a good installer disk like slayers 2.6. Boot that and reinstall ms dash on C:\ then you will need to re-do the softmod Failing that you need to go and find XBOXHDM and read ALL the instructions on how to do a hotswap. You will also need a set of ms-dash files. And going on live with evox as a dash is very good fun..let us know how long you last. The search button brings up the answer to this question hundreds of times over. I suggest looking before shouting.
Is this an update when i cliked halo2 then try and going on live then it said youre Dashbaord needs an update i did. it but i still cant go on the ms dash Board... Just tell me IF I CAN FTP THE STUFF BACK IN MY XBOX SO I CAN GET ON LIVE ALREADY.. i dont wana hotswap to hard. all this slayer talk .... and Auto installer delux wtf are those em i suppose to Ftp them in my xbox or burn it on a disk cuz my xbox cant read Disk and i burned it at lowest speed... All i can do for now is FTP ....... nothing else... Just FTP the MS dash back where it belongs (C partition) if you have it. That's why I said either download the MS Dash or find a game that has it. Since you couldn't get Halo 2 to do it for you, try and get a hold of a Slayer's Auto Installer's disc image and have it reinstall it for you if you can't find a MS dash download using Google. Even if you can't get burns to work, you can still transfer the Slayer's Auto Installer to your Xbox using Quix or something similar that's capable of transferring Xbox ISO files via FTP.
ok when i open c folder up. deeze dashboards pop up with Fonts EvoxDash.Xbe Msdash.bak msdash.xbe xboxdash.xbe xboxdash-modded-xbe My freind sent me an XBox dash 2. wich is xboxdash.xbe DO i take the one he sent me off the computer then transfer and over write it with the xboxdash.xbe in the c folder off my xbox?...or..
