HELP!!!! GTA-VC NO SOUND HELP!!!!!!!

    my GTA VC plays fine in the visual department, but there is no sound, so i try going to the options to see maybe its turned off and the Audio tab is blacked out and it says "No Audio Harware Found", but i do have a Sound card on my PC, What Do i Do?????? HELP

    srry, i fixed most of it, but still most of the cut scenes still dont have sound.
