I have the internet service provider of Wanadoo and i have bought the netgear dg632 router modem.
    http://www.netgear.com/products/details/DG632.php

i plug it in using the USB and it does show up as a new connection. But when i go to connect it. it says connection failed as no or little connection from your ISP could be found.

How do i change this please help. been looking for ages.

You'll need to get your IP and DNS information from your ISP. Then, the router's manual will show you the rest of the way.

I am not personally familiar with that setup, however, you should be able to get all the information you need, and guidance from your internet service provider's tech support on how to get your system on the internet.

In the manual for the modem/router...there's a section that tells you how to get to your configuration settings using your internet browser. There, you will configure the router for either a dynamic IP, static IP..whether it uses PPPoE.., and inputing the DNS/Sub DNS/Gateway IP addresses. Without those, the router doesn't know how to connect to your internet service.
