help how do we unlock a password

    our starview 2 box says its updating the usual stuff, we went to go into menu and go through normal process to change codes however it looks like our little girl who loves tv remotes has set a password, we cant get into the menu as it is asking for a 4 digit password, please help how do we over ride this???
