I can't save pics onto my comp as JPEGS or any file types. It will only allow me to save any pics from the internet as BITMAP "untitled" My OS is Windows XP. Is there something I need to change in settings that will allow me to save any pictures as what they are are from the internet.. Even GIF images from online can only be saved as a BITMAP Any help will greatly be appreciated... The only thing I can think of fixing this is to format my pc and reinstall XP again.
The easiest way to fix this is to clear your cache. ! The Temporary Internet Files folder (TIFF) has two ways of getting filled up -- the size on disk that the TIFF is limited to -- and the Number of Entries in the index that maps URLs to cache the file names. If you empty your TIFF , this should clear your problem !
Thank you Jeanc1 ..IT WORKED!!! I went to Tools->Internet Options->Temporary Internet Files->Delete Files It actually took a while for it to delete. I must've had alot stored in there. I learnt something new Now I can finally use pics for photoshop
