I need help, I have recently bought Nero Ultra edition, simply because I got talked into it from a best buy salesperson. My sole purpose is to put all music cd's on a the system (Nero?) so that I can burn compilations of songs from various artist. I have tried to read the manual and info from nero.com, I work on a computer allday but this is my first home computer and if anyone out there could please help me. I was told to buy nero because It won't take up so much room on the harddrive. I got about 1000 songs I want to put on the computer and be able to listen to them and burn them without going through hoops everytime I log on. I would be greatful if someone could walk me through all the steps. I don't have much but I am even willing to send someone a small appreciation if they can get me up and running with everything. Thank you Matt, Cincinnati

hi bobo1824 and welcome to afterdawn. First let me address the small appreciation you offered..thanks but no thanks. I'm sure most members would agree a simple thank you would be enough. Ok down to business. What format are you trying to save your music cds to? I ask because if you save in the wav format you are going to use alot of drive space. The best way to find a guide on how to utilize nero for music purposes is to check the guides section (look at the top of the page and choose the guides tab), goto to the ones relating to music. Also if you nose around the nero website enugh they have guides there as well. Please search (example... music cds with nero) and you should find everything you need. Have a good day and post back the results. Stick around and you will find many uses for nero.
