Whenever i connect my ipod video 30GB to my computer it says: Please Wait. Very Low Battery.
Okay its not my ipod its my sisters and so i dont know anything about the ipod and so if i have to do anything to fix this please can someone give me a detailed explanation on how to fix this. The ipod never charges, it only gives that message when i try to charge and so i can't even turn it on because i guess it has low battery. I also left my ipod connected to the computer like three nights in a row and it wont charge. Please help, and thanks for the help.

try putting the ipod on recovery mode and connected to the computer that way, this will let you restore it. also if you are running xp sometimes the usb drivers for the ipod gets mess up and you have to manually uninstall them and let the pc find and re-install this drivers, what you do with the ipod connected go on the device manager and look at the usb driver and check one with the yellow exclamation sign on it. right click and remove it. restart the pc then open itunes re-connect the ipod this should take care of the problem. Good Luck.
