Well, I finally got one problem fixed when it wouldn't download songs (thanks to this site) so I am hoping someone can help me now. My Sansa MP3 player has been working fine. Then all of a sudden today at work, it was in my pocket and just stopped working. I tried to turn it back on and it did nothing. The battery was not dead. I came home and plugged it in to charge just in case and nothing. No light or anything. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong or how to fix it? Please help. For how much money I spent on this thing, there sure seems to be a lot of problems.
Sorry I can't help you. Sansas have a good name. Is it under warentee? That is the best way to deal. Unless the hard drive failed no one including Sansa fixes them. They will just give you a new one if it is under warentee.
