can anyone help me. My K800i has been working fine for over a year now and had no problems at all. however last night when i charged the battery and put a sim in i was getting everything normal. however i forgot to copy contacts to sim so i removed sim and and when i tried to power back on again with the sim in, the power wont come on. the infra red light flashes when i press power. this handset has never been dropped and 100% sure for certain it can not be water damage. Battery is fine as checked my battery in someone elses k800i and works fine. Anyone experience this problem?
hi akay ive had the same problem 3 times new phone each time untill i decided to plod around the net and i found a site that can upgrade the firmware and software etc and it fixed my phone in under 10 mins only downside is it cost me £4 approx but it was well worth it. try www.wotanserver.com all the instructions are on there and its quite stright forward to use but if u get stuck im more than happy to help
