HELP - Kryptview not flashing??

    Hi,

    Just purchased Krypview A750, trying to flash the box used anull
    modem cable, serial port to serial port followed the tutorial instructions and end up with the same error message - 'The Downloading is not requested', checked the port settings, all ok, pins not damaged, to confirm it wasn't the cable i used it on starview and it flashed straight away, operating system is Windows XP professionsal, tried instructions that were posted about clicking start and switching off switch at back...still no joy...Have reviewed forums and tried all the suggestions!

    Frustrated...Can anyone help ASAP please?
