help lost channels on eurovox max box

    Hi I have had a eurovox max box for about 10 months everything had been fine with it but we are slowly losing channels I have tried clearing it all and doing a power scan but can't get certain channels eg setanta sports some kids channels although we had them before. I am on VM previously TW any ideas please.

    Have you tried a Factory default then a powerscan with any splitters removed.

    I have a similar problem - i have no SS2 and SS1 SS3 & SSX are renamed BICS ?? any ideas anyone ??

    With the factory reset i get a choice of 2 numbers ?? any ideas on that one ?? thanks

    they are your symbol rates,so youneed to now your provider ie 6.887 for n@l and 6.952 telepest
