    Hello...

    I'm trying to help my nan out but need some help.

    My nans been bought an alcatel ot-e265 using a tmobile sim card, but she wants her old sim card which is a vodafone sim card. But when i have put it in, it says that it needs an NCK Code..can u help me with this please?
