Help Me Chose A Phone

I don’t know a lot about mobiles. I’m looking for the perfect phone for me (of any brand/make).
I’m looking for:
- QWERTY Typing
- Ability to set MP3’s as ring tones and text tones.
- Word Pads or Documents (a lot of the business phones do that).
- Long batterys
- Large text memory and text history

that’s pretty much it. And a backlight on the phone keys (I hate typing in the dark, my LG KG800 sucks).

thanks for any help, I don't want to spend a lot aswell and I don't mind how old the phone is (the older the cheaper I guess).
