Hi there, I have just been on a trip and have many photos and video clips I am creating into a slide show / movie on a dvd. I am relatively unfamiliar to all this, so am using Windows movie maker due to it's simplicity. My problem is that I want to find a tool to let me animate a map, eg have a nice little red line that starts at point A and wiggles along the road to point B to show my progress. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can do this, using freeware/shareware programs?
The term overkill comes to mind. Flash is available as a 30 day trial and would be good for that kind of job. If the map is flat on the screen rather than in perspective it would not take long at all.
