help me fix my device someone please!!

    i have a dm-828 1.04 device and evry time i try to burn a cd on nero 6 ultra edition or any other program it says burn fail can someone tell my how to fix this problem?

    it also says writting error, or failed to write
    someone plz tell me how to fix this
