Hi all, I have had this constant problem with Nero over the last 18 months (since i bought my new PC). When i burn a DVD i get sometimes a single (or rarely double) sector error reported in Nero Verify. Interestingly this only occurs in roughly one in every two burns, even if i burn the same project again. For example if a burn some data onto a Verbatim DVD+RW i could get say a single error in sector '633508'. I then format the DVD+RW and burn the same project again (no changes to the data). This burn then brings no reported sector errors (as confirmed by CDCheck). To make sure i formatted the disc again and this time get two sector errors. I have researched into this (mainly thanks to this forum) and have ruled out the media - I use + and - Verbs (made in Japan), along with a 'test DVD+RW'. My drive firmware is upto date, and i have used other programs beside Nero and indeed updated Nero to the latest Version, yet i still get these single or double sector errors. Can someone explain why my burner (NEC-3500AG) produces such variable burns and how could i correct it? Thanks for your time, James
